RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ALLOWING
CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin
Park, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37202 of the Government
Code, the Director of Administrative Services does hereby certify
to the accuracy of the demands hereinafter referred to and to the
availability of funds for payment thereof.

SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin Park
for the period 04/26/92 through 05/09/92 inclusive, has been
presented, ratified, and approved in the amount $ 276,968.29.
SECTION 3. That General Warrants in the total amount of
$ 525,681.59 constituting claims and demands against the City of
Baldwin Park, have been presented to the City Council as required
by law, and Ahe same hereby approved.
