A RESOLUTION OF ThE CITY COUNCIL OF ThE CITY OF BALDWIN
PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AGAINST ThE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK
ThE CITY COUNCIL OF ThE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 37208 of the Government Code, the Director of
Administrative Service does hereby certify to the accuracy of the demands hereinafter referred to and to
the availability of funds for payment thereof.

SECTION 2. That the payroll of the City of Baldwin Park for the period of December 3, 1995
through December 16, 1995 inclusive, has been presented, ratified, and approved in the amount of
$379,557.63.
SECTION 3. That General Warrants in the total amount of $1,220,820.90 oonstituting claims and
demands against the City of Baldwin Park, have been presented to the City Council as required by law,
and the same hereby approved.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED January 3rd, 1996.
