A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN
PARK ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS AGAINST THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION i. That pursuant to Section 37208 of the Government Code, the Director of Administrative
Services does hereby certify to the accuracy of the demands hereinafter referred to and to the availability of
funds for payment thereof

SECTION 2. That the two payrolls of the City' of Baldwin Park for the period of April 21, 1996 through
May 18, 1996 inclusive, have been presented, ratified, and approved in the amount of $648,063.20.
SECTION 3. That General Warrants in the total amount of $695 289 21 constituting claims and
demands against the City of Baldwin Park, have been presented to the City Council as required by law, and the
same hereby approved.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED June 5th, 1996.
