ROLL CALL: Present: Councilmen Bishop, Cole, Stephens Roll Call and Mayor Pro tem Littlejohn; City Clerk Absent: City Attorney, City Treasurer. The meeting was announced as an Executive Session for the purpose of considering personnel problems only. All members of the Council waived notice of the meeting. The City Administrative Officer presented a letter from the Discharge of Sergeant Chief of Police recommending the dismissal of Sgt.
