CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at approximately 5:01 p.m. by Mayor Estrada.

Mayor Estrada opened Public Communications at approximately 5:02 p.m.
Seeing no one wishing to speak, Mayor Estrada closed Public Communications.

The City Council recessed into closed session at 5:02 p.m.
