AND SPECIAL MEETING
May 5, 2021, 5:00 P.M.

This meeting was conducted via teleconference in accordance with Governor Newsom's Executive
Order N-25-20.
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at approximately 5:10 p.m. by Mayor Estrada.
