BALDWIN PARK CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
April 20, 2021, 5:00 P.M.
COUNCIL CHAMBER - 14403 E. Pacific Avenue, Baldwin Park, 91706
This meeting was conducted via teleconference in accordance with Governor Newsom's Executive Order N-25-20.
CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at approximately 5:14 p.m. by Mayor Estrada.
ROLL CALL
City Attorney Tafoya conducted roll call.

Council Member Danny Damian (tele-conference)
Council Member Monica Garcia (tele-conference)
Council Member Paul C. Hernandez (tele-conference)
Mayor Pro Tern Alejandra Avila (tele-conference)
Mayor Emmanuel J. Estrada (tele-conference)
PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS
Mayor Estrada opened public communications at approximately 5:14 p.m. Seeing no
comments received, Mayor Estrada closed public communications at approximately 5:15 p.m.
RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION - at approximately 5:15 p.m.

The City Council reconvened into open session at approximately 8:08 p.m.
REPORT ON CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Robert A. Tafoya announced no.reportable action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT
Motion to adjourn was made by Mayor Estrada seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Avila, to adjourn
the meeting at approximately 8:08 p.m.
