CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Estrada at approximately 5:30 p.m.
City Attorney Martinez announced that Councilmember Damian made a request to participate by teleconference
invoking Medical Emergency and to add request to the agenda.
Motion made by Emmanuel Estrada, seconded by Jean M. Ayala to add the request on the agenda. AYES:
Garcia, Ayala, Estrada. PASSED. [3-0]
