HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The above recitals are true and correct and incorporated herein by
reference.
SECTION 2. Annual Rate Increases- Beginning July 1, 2024, all rates, fees and
charges for all residential, commercial and multifamily accounts shall be adjusted by five
percent (5%).
