This agenda includes information about topics coming before the Stakeholders Oversight Committee and the action recommended by city staff. Please note that, in the event of a technical issue causing a disruption in the call -in option or internet-based option, the meeting will continue unless otherwise required by law, such as when a Board Member is attending the meeting virtually pursuant to certain provisions of the Brown Act. Pilot Program- Community Empowerment Grants- Youth Sports Organizations- Award of Grants Motion : Concur with Staff that the Requests for Grant Funding from the following youth organizations are deemed qualified and eligible to receive grant funding with the final verification of 501 (c)(3) good standing status, verification of organization roster meet the 70% of Baldwin Park Residents, clarification of law regarding St. John ; listed in the order that were received: 1. Baldwin Park Youth Athletic Association (Roadrunners) 2. Baldwin Park American Little League 3. Baldwin Park National Little League 4. St. John the Baptist School 5. Tuff Kidz WC, Inc 6.
