Mayor Damian opened Public Communications at approximately 5:09 p.m., seeing no one else wishing to
speak, public communications was closed,
OPEN SESSION/STUDY SESSION
Esteban E. Torres Village Project Mural Discussion (14625 Ramona Blvd.)
The City Council provided feedback, the Foundation and the Muralist will return with alternative conceptual.
Okina Dor, Director of Community Development, presented options regarding Mobile Food'fruck Vendors
operations within the city. The City Council provided directions for staff.
