That attached hereto, incorporated herein by this reference marked Exhibit Z`, is a Classification Plan, adopted pursuant to Section 33.41 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, relating to all position in the City's employment which are designated Classified Service Employees" and Unclassified Service Employees" in such employ. SECTION 2. That all Resolutions or portions thereof, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and shall forward a certified copy hereby to each Department Head and the Personnel Officer.
