AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
SECTION 2003 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE CITY
COUNCIL
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 2003 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
2003. COUNCILMANIC SALARIES. The salary of the Mayor and
each member of the City Council shall be in the sum of $250.00 per
calendar month."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in the manner
prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 19th day of Adc^lst 1981.

I, LINDA L. GAIR, City Clerk of the City of Baldwin Park, do
hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 825 was regularly introduced
and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of the City Council
on the 5th day of August, 1981. That, thereafter, said Ordinance was duly
approved and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 19th
day of August 1981, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN KING, McNEILL, HOIMAN, AGUILAR, AND MMTOR WHITE_______
NOES: COUNCILMEN NONE____________________________________
