AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
SECTION 2000 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO COUNCIL
MEETINGS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 766 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2. That Section 2000 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
2000. COUNCIL MEETINGS. There shall be two
regular meetings of the City Council during each
calendar month. Such meeting shall be held at the
hour of 7:00 p.m. on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of
each calendar month."
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed
by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day/f March 1982.

I, LINDA L. GAIR, City Clerk of the City of Baldwin Park, do hereby
certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 835 was regularly introduced and
placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of the City Council on
the 17th day of February, 1982. That, thereafter, said Ordinance was duly
approved and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 3rd
day of March 1982, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN KING. HOLMAN. AGUILAR. McNEILL AND MAYOR WHITE_____
NOES: COUNCILMEN NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN NONE
