AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING CERTAIN PROVISIONS
OF THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO THE RESTRICTED USE OF CERTAIN STREETS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Subsections I through M are hereby added to
Section 10.44.050 of the City of Baldwin Park Municipal Code as follows:
10.44.050 Truck Routes—Streets Designated.
I. Dalewood Street between the eastbound San Bernardino Freeway
off ramp for Frazier Street and the eastbound on and off ramps at
Baldwin Park Boulevard.
J. Garvey Avenue between the westbound San Bernardino Freeway
on and off ramps for Francisquito Avenue and Francisquito Avenue.
K. Dalewood Street between the eastbound San Bernardino Freeway
off ramp for Francisquito Avenue and Francisquito Avenue.
L. Garvey Avenue from the westbound San Bernardino Freeway on
and off ramps for Puente Avenue and Puente Avenue.
M. Dalewood Street between the eastbound on and off ramps for
Puente Avenue and Puente Avenue."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published, in the manner prescribed by law,
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November 1983.
