AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING A PROVISION OF THE
BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO THE
RESTRICTED USE OF CERTAIN STREETS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 10.44.060 of the Baldwin Park Municipal
Code is amended to read as follows:
10.44.060 Truck Routes-Parking Restrictions. No person shall
park, cause to be parked or otherwise leave standing, any vehicle
exceeding a maximum gross weight of three tons on any street of
this City other than those streets or parts of streets identified
as truck routes in Section 10.44.050. Parking time shall not
exceed two hours on these designated streets."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed
by law.
