AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SECTION 10.56.010
OF THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO SPEED LIMITS ON CERTAIN STREETS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 10.56.010 of the Baldwin Park Municipal
Code is hereby amended to include the following:
Name of Street of Declared Prima Facie
Portion Affected Speed Limit
miles per hour)
Maine Avenue
Ramona Blvd./Clark St. 25 mph
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed
by law.
