AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK RELATING
TO THE HOURS OF CONSTRUCTION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 9.33 is hereby added to the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code to read as follows:
Chapter 9.33 Hours of Construction
9.33.010. Permitted Hours of Construction. No person shall
engage in any act of construction, reconstruction or demolition as
to any building or structure, including, but not limited to grading
operations, on any lot located in the City, except between the
hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. of any day."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in the manner
prescribed by law.

introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of the
City Council on the 17th day of July 1985. That thereafter, said
Ordinance was duly approved and adopted at a regular meeting of the City
Council on the 7th day of Augu^tl985, by the following vote:
