AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE BALDWIN
PARK MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO TEMPORARY
USE PERMITS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 5.56.020 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding to said section the
following Subdivision A.7:
7. Swap meets."
SECTION 2. That Section 5.56.055 is hereby added to the
Baldwin Park Municpal Code to read as follows:
Section 5.56,055. Application of Chapter. This
Chapter shall have no application to events or activities
which are sponsored and controlled by a School District."
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify the adoption
of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner pre-
scribed by law.
