AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
CERTAIN SECTIONS OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ADOPTION
OF NEW SOLAR ENERGY INSTALLATION
REGULATIONS AND A SUPPLEMENT TO FIRE
REGULATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Sections 15.08.010, 15.08.050, 15.32.01,
15.32.030, 15.32.040, 15.32.050, 15.32.060 and 15.32.070 are hereby
amended or deleted.

15.32.070 Amended.
15.08.010 Adoption of the Uniform Fire Code, 1985 Edition
and 1986 supplement thereto. Subject to certain changes, deletions and
amendments, as hereinafter set forth, the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park does adopt as the fire regulations for the City the
Uniform Fire Code, 1985 Edition and the 1986 Supplement thereto
hereafter referred to together as Code"), which Code consists of a
published compilation of rules and standards pertaining to the
regulations of fire hazards within the City. The Uniform Fire Code is
made a part of this chapter as if set forth in full in this chapter.
15.08.050 Article 78 j.s deleted and replaced Fireworks.
Article 78, fireworks, Isdeleted and in lieu there of the rules and
regulations of the State Fire Marshal's Office and the provisions of
Title 19, California Administrative Code, shall govern the manufacture
of fireworks. The sale of fireworks shall be governed by the provisions
of Chapter 8.20.
