AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK RE-
PEALING ORDINANCE NO. 951.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council has determined that the moratorium
imposed by Ordinance No. 951 should be repealed since the
zoning regulations adopted heretofore have resolved the
problems referred to in Ordinance No. 951.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 951 is hereby repealed and rescinded.
