AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO ABANDONED VEHICLE ABATEMENT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 8.16.160 is hereby added to the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code to read as follows:
8.16.160. Definition. Wherever the phrase
motor vehicle" is used in this code/ it shall be
amended to read vehicle"."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and shall cause a copy of the same to be
published in the manner prescribed by law.
