AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SECTION
5.56.020 OF THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO TEMPORARY USE PERMITS
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. That Subdivision B of Section 5.56.020 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
B. Limitations on Permits;
1). Duration: No permits issued for activities
enumerated in subsections 1,2,3,4,5 and 7 of
subdivision A hereof shall be for a period of
time longer than four 4) consecutive calendar
days; permits issued pursuant to subsection 6 of
subdivision A hereof, shall be limited to a
period of not to exceed thirty 30) consecutive
calendar days; and
2) Number of Permits: there shall be a maximum
of two permits issued per year for any one
location and a maximum of two permits issued per
year to any one applicant, provided that the
limitation on the number of permits based upon
location shall not apply to shopping centers
having an area of ten 10) or more acres.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution and shall cause the same to be published or
posted in the manner prescribed by law.

ordinance was duly approved and adopted at a regular meeting of
