AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SECTION 16.01.160 OF THE
BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE/ SUBSECTION Br
REGARDING VESTING TENTATIVE MAPS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Subparagraph B of Section 16.01.160 of
Municipal Code shall be amended to read as follows:
B- Defined. A Vesting Tentative Map" as used in
this section shall mean a tentative map for any subdivision,
which shall have printed conspicuously on its face the words
Vesting Tentative Map" at the time it is filed."
The City
of this Ordinance and shall
in the manner prescribed by law.
Clerk shall certify the adoption
cause the same to be published

1988.
