AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SECTION
THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE,
REGARDING VESTING TENTATIVE MAPS
OF THE CITY
16.01.160 OF
SUBSECTION C,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.Subdivision 1 of Subparagraph C of Section
16.01.160 of Municipal Code shall be amended to read as follows:
1. Whenever a provision of the Act or this chapter
requires the filing of a tentative map or tentative parcel map, a
vesting tentative map may instead be filed."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify the adoption of
this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in the
manner prescribed by law.

duly approved and adopted at a regular meeting of the City
Council on the 6th day of July 1988, by the following
