AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SECTION 10.56.010
OF THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO SPEED LIMITS ON CERTAIN STREETS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 10.56.010 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows;
10.56.010 Speed Limit on Certain Zones. It is
determined upon the basis of an engineering and
traffic investigation that speed permitted upon the
following streets is declared the prima facie speed
limit and shall be as set forth in this section on
those streets or parts of streets designated in this
section, when signs are erected giving notice
thereof:
