AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE RE-
LATING TO THE DEFINITION OF BUILDING
OFFICIAL" AS USED IN THE UNIFORM
BUILDING CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Subdivision A) of Section 15.04.130
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby amended to read
as follows:
A. Building Official' means the manager of
the Division of Building and Safety."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption hereof, and cause the same to be published in the
manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 6th day of June 1990.

hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 1037 was regularly
introduced and placed on its first reading at a regular meeting of
the City Council on the 16th day of Nay, 1990. That, thereafter,
said Ordinance was duly approved and adopted at a regular meeting of
the City Council on the June 6, 1990 by the following vote:
