AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SECTION 15.04.140
OF THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
REQUIREMENTS FOR INSTALLATION OF SIDEWALK AND
OTHER OFFSITE IMPROVEMENTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 15.04.140 is hereby amended
by substituting the sum of $10,000 for the sum of $5,000
where it appears in said section.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published in the manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED ON June 6, 1990.
