A RESOLUTION OF THE C8TY COUNCBL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS
AGAINST THE CflTY OF BALDWBN PARK
NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as foNowss
SECTION I, That according to Section 37202 of the Government Code the
Finance Director,, or his designated representative, hereby certify to the accuracy
of the foBBowing demands? and to the availabifllty of funds for payments thereof.

SECTION 5, That Genera! Warrant Numbers 1104 through 1199
inciusive^ constituting the claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park? have
been audited as required by Saw, and that the same are hereby allowed in the amount of
