A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALM IN PARK APPOINTING
IVOR A. LYONS AS SUPERINTENDENT OF
STREETS AND VINCENT T. YOUNG AS ASSIST-
ANT SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS FOR
PURPOSE OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 61-A-1
ONLY
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does resolve as
fol lews:
Section I, That Ivor A. Lyons is hereby appointed Superintendent
of Streets in and for the City of Baldwin Park for the sole and exclusive
purpose of servicing Assessment District 61-A-I,
Section 2. That Vincent T. Young is hereby appointed Assistant
Superintendent of Streets in and for the City of Baldwin Park for the sole
and exclusive purpose of servicing Assessment District 61-A-I,
Section 5. These appointments shall carry no compensation other
than that heretofore provided for in the contractual arrangement between said
appointees and the City of Baldwin Park.
Section 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this
resolution and shall send a certified copy thereof to said appointee.
ADOPTED and passed this 9th. day of January________, 1965.
