A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK REESTABLISH'
ING THE REVOLVING FUND PURSUANT TO
SECTION 2501 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE, DESIGNATING THE
PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO SIGN WARRANTS
RELATING THERETO, AND REPEALING ALL
RESOLUTIONS AND AUTHORIZATIONS
INCONSISTENT HEREWITH
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby
RESOLVE as follows;
Section 1. That the Revolving Fund, as created by Section
2501 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, is hereby reestablished and
the following named officers or their successors in such offices are
authorized as the signatories necessary for the withdrawal of funds
from said Revolving Fund:
Letcher Bishop, Mayor, or
Donald V» Hol-pes, Mayor pro tern,
and
Thelma S, Duncan, Acting Finance Director
Said persons above designated shall execute the necessary documents
with the hereinafter designated depository as may be required by rules
of said depository.
Section 2. That with the approval of the City Treasurer of the
City of Baldwin Park, the Bank of America, a National Banking Association,
Baldwin Park Branch, Is hereby designated as the depository for said
Revolvlng Fund.
Section 5« l"^ City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution and forward a certified copy hereof to the designated
deposi tory,
PASSED AND ADOPTED this l5th day of January, 1965.
