A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDAfIN PARK APPROVING
THE COMPLETED PLANNING DOCUMENTS PRE-
PARED WITH AN ADVANCE FROM THE UNITED
STATES OF AMERICA UNDER THE TERMS OF PUBLIC
LAW 560, 85RD CONGRESS OF THE UNITED STATES,
AS AMENDED.
WHEREAS, the City of Baldwin Park accepted an offer from the
United States Government for an advance for preparation of planning documents
pertaining to a public work described as Sanitary Sewers; Assessment District
62-A-l, Project P-CaIif.-5565; and
WHEREAS, Ivor Lyons & Associates was engaged to prepare the planning
documents for the aforesaid public work, and said architect and/or engineer
has completed documents and submitted them for approval; and
WHEREAS, the completed planning documents have been carefully studied
and are considered to comprise adequate planning of the public work essential
to the community and within the financial ability of the City of Baldwin Park
to construct;
NCW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park the governing body of said applicant, that the Planning documents
submitted by Ivor Lyons & Associates as t-he basis for construction of the
San i tary Sewers, Assessment Di sir let 62-A-1, dated January 1965, and the
statements in Form CFA-452, Request for Review and Approval of Planning Documents,
in connection with Housing and Home Finance Agency Project No, P-5565 be and
the same are hereby approved; and that certified copies of this resolution be
filed with the Housing and Home Finance Agency,
PASSED and ADOPTED this 25 day of January 1965.

I, THELMA L. BALKUS, City Clerk of the City of Baldwin Park, do
hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the City
Council of said City and signed by the Mayor at an adjourned regular Couric
meeting held on the 23 day of January 1963, by the following
