A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING
HENRY CHARLES KALBFLEISCH AS PLAN-
NING DIRECTOR AND BUILDING SUPER-
INTENDENT OF THE CITY OF BALCWIN
PARK AND SETTING HIS COMPENSATION
THERFOR AND REPEALING ANY RESOLU-
TIONS IN CONFLICT
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does resolve
as to I lows:
SECTION 1. That Henry Charles Kalbfleisch is hereby ap-
pointed as Planning Director and Building Superintendent of the City
of Balc^vin Park effective February 4, 1965.
SECTION 2. That compensation of said appointee shall be
$800.00 per month subject to review in six 6) months.
SECTION 5. That any resolutions in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and forward a certified copy hereof to said appointee
PASSED AND ADOPTED this day of February 965
