A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING
THELMA S. DUNCAN AS DIRECTOR OF FIN-
ANCE OF THE CITY OF BALWIN PARK
AND SETTING HER COMPENSATION THEREFOR
AND REPEALING ANY RESOLUTIONS IN
CONFLICT
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. That Thelma S. Duncan is hereby appointed as
Director of Finance of the City of Baldwin Park effective February I,
1965.
SECTION 2. That compensation of said appointee shall be
$700.00 per month,
SECTION 5. That any resolutions in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and forward a certified copy hereof to said appointee
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4 day of February 1965.
