The City Council of 1-he City of Baldwin Park does RESOLVE as to I lows: Section I. That the budget, as amended, is hereby approved and adopted as the amended budget for the fiscal year 1962-63. Section 3. That no department of the City shall purchase any capital items of equipment or proceed with any public works project unless budgeted in said amended budget and submitted to and approved by the City CounciI. Section 4. That the amount of $21,364.41 which represents the total of decreased appropriations in various departments of the City shall be transferred to the Department of Public Works where it shall be identi- fied as Street Maintenance Contingency Fund". Section 5. That expenditures from the Street Maintenance Contin- gency Fund" and the Auditorium" account shall be made in conformance with Section 3 of this Resolution. Section 6. That copies of said budget, as amended, are on file in the Office of the City Clerk of the City of Baldwin Park and shall be open to public inspection.
