A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK PROVIDING
FOR OVERTIME PAY FOR MEMBERS OF THE
CITY CLERK'S STAFF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That members of 1-he City Clerk's staff are
authorized to perform duties and receive overtime pay therefor in
an amount not to exceed the sum of $500.00.
Section 2. That all resolutions inconsistent herewith
are hereby rescinded.
Section 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this g____day of AprU_____,
1965.
