A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS
AGAINST THE CITY OF BALCWIN PARK
1 NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION I. That according to Section 37202 of the Government Code the
Finance Director, or his designated representative, hereby certify to the accuracy
of the following demands, and to the availability of funds for payments thereof.
