A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING
AN ALTERNATE DIRECTOR FOR COUNTY
SANITATION DISTRICT NO. 15.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does hereby RESOLVE,
DETERMINE and ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That, under the provisions of Section 4750 of the
California Health and Safety Code. Letcher Bishop is designated as
alternate director for County Sanitation District No. 15, to act as a
member of the district board in place of the Mayor during his absence,
inability or refusal to act.
ADOPTED and PASSED this j____day of 1963.
