A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK COM-
MENDING THE HONORABLE HARVEY
JOHNSON ASSEMBLYMAN 58TH ASSEMBLY
DISTRICT
WHEREAS, The Honorable Harvey Johnson, at the request of the
City of Baldwin Park sponsored AB 2112; and
WHEREAS, by reason of his efforts said bill was unanimously
adopted by the Assembly and the Senate of the Legislature of the State
of Cal t torn ia; and
WHEREAS, the adoption of said bill will result in a saving of
approximately one hundred and fifty thousand dollars in the cost of con-
struction of facilities in Assessment District 61-A-I,
NOAf, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Baldwin Park
does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That The Honorable Harvey Johnson is hereby com-
mended for his efforts in behalf of the citizens of Baldwin Park,
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and shall forward a copy thereof to The Honorable Harvey
Johnson.
