A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ADOPTING AND SUB-
MITTING A BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF
STATE ALLOCATED ENGINEERING) FUNDS
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the
City and the State of California on May 16, 1960, for ex-
penditure of State allocated engineering) funds under Section
2107.5 of the Streets and Highway Code; and,
WHEREAS, the city council has prepared a budget
proposal showing estimated expenditures of such funds reconunend-
ed to be made during the 1963-64 fiscal year; and,
WHEREAS, the city coundil has heard read said budget
proposal and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of
the City of Baldwin Park that said budget proposal be and is
hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures of the
State allocated funds for engineering to cities, said budget
proposal to be and the same is hereby approved and the acting
city engineer is directed to sign the same on behalf of said
City, and said budget proposal to be submitted to the Depart-
ment of Public Works, State of California, in accordance
with the provisions of Section 197 of the Streets and Highways
Code,
