RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OP BALDWIN PARK, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLU-
TION NO. 63-7 OP THE SAID CITY COUNCIL ENTITLED
RESOLUTION OP THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY
OF BALEWIN PARK APPOINTING IVOR LYONS AS SUPER-
INTENDENT OF STREETS AND VINCENT T. YOUNG AS
ASSISTANT SUPERINTENDENT OF STREETS FOR PURPOSE
OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT 61-A-l ONLY,"
Assessment District No. 61-A-l)
WHEREAS, on January 9, 1963, this City Council adopted
its Resolution entitled Resolution of the City Council of
the City of Baldwin Park Appointing Ivor Lyons as Superintendent
of Streets and Vincent T. Young as Assistant Superintendent
of Streets for purpose of Assessment District 61-A-l Only";
and
WHEREAS, at the time said resolution was adopted said
Ivor Lyons and said Vincent T. Young worked in association with
one another; and
WHEREAS, said Ivor Lyons and said Vincent T. Young
no longer work in association with one another; and
WHEREAS, an appointment of said Vincent T, Young as
Assistant Superintendent of Streets was made for purposes of
convenience only;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park, California, DOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE, DETERMINE
AND ORDER as follows:

hereby Is repealed.
