A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
ALLOWING CLAIMS AND DEMANDS
AGAINST THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
N<W, THEREFORE^ The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park, DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
SECTION I. That according to Section 37202 of the Government Code the
Finance Director, or his designated representative, hereby certify to the accuracy
of the following demands, and to the availability of funds for payments thereof.

SECTION 2. That Payroll Warrant Number® through
Inclusive, constituting the payroll of the City of Baldwin Park for the period from
through have been presented to the City Council as required by
law, and that the same are hereby ratified and approved. In the amount of $
SECTION 5. That General Warrant Numbers 1758 through 17^9
inclusive, constituting the claims and demands against the City of Baldwin Park, have
been presented to the City Council as required by law, and that the same are hereby

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF BALDWIN PARK TRANSFERRING UNEXIENIED BAL-
ANCE FROM 5601-A CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO THE
2072 AUDITORIUM ACCOUNT.
The City Council of the City of Baldwin Park does resolve as follows»
SECTION 1, That the sum of One Thousand Dollars be transferred from
General Fund, Account No, 5601-A, to General Fund, Account No. 2072 to com-
plete repairs to the Auditorium.
SECTION 2, That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution.
