A RESOLUTION OF THE CI7"f COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
RESOLUTI.'N NO. 62-219 CORRECTING A
TYPOGRAPHICAL ERROR
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALIMIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That in order to correct a typographical
error Section 2 of Resolution No, 62-219 is hereby amended to read
as follows:
Section 2. The Report of the work of the
Superintendent of Streets filed with the Council
of the City of Baldwin Park on the 26th day of
September, 1962, is hereby confirmed, which Report
is as follows;
THE REPORT OF THE SUPERINTENDENT OF
STREETS OF WORK COMPLETED PURSUANT TO
RESOLUTION NUMBER 62-120
PURSUANT to Resolution Number 62-120 the
following described improvements have
been completed;
CURB AND GUTTER
The cost of construction was as follows:

The description of the real property in front
of which this improvement has been constructed
is as follows:
The southwest $0 feet of the northeast 2hl feet of
the southeast l6? feet of Lot $3, El Monte Walnut
Place as shown on Map recorded in Book 6, Page lOhf
of Maps, in the office of the Recorder of the County
of Los Angeles.
The Assessment assigned against this property by
the Superintendent of Streets is $106,LO»
