Home My WebLink About1963 101 CC RESO1963 101 CC RESO¼òw @|,r RESOLUTION NO. 6^-101 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ESTABLISHING PRECINCTS AND POLLING PLACES, AND APPOINTING ELECTION OFFICERS AND SETTING THEIR COMPENSATION FOR THE SPECIAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD IN THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ON AUGUST 20, 1965. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS; SECTION 1. That the voting precincts for the special Municipal Election to be held in the City of Baldwin Park on August 20, 1963, shall consist of those said precincts as described on that certain document marked Exhibit A", attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. SECTION 2. That the polling places are hereby established and the election officers therefor are hereby appointed as set forth upon said Exhibit A" hereto. SECTION 3. That the compensation for the election officers, whose names appear on said Exhibit A", is hereby fixed as follows: a) Inspectors. $19.00 each election b) All other officers. $16.00 each election c) Rental for Polling Places where a charge is made. $15.00 each election; and d) Members of the board for the canvassing of Absentee ballots. $ 5,00 each election SECTION 4, That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and instructed to obtain all necessary materials and supplies required for the holding of said election, and to arrange for and/or rent all polling places for the purposes of said election, and to do all other things neces&ary to conduct said electron In the manner preecrTbed by law.
