A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK CLARIFYING CERTAIN
AMBIGUITIES REGARDING THE NUMBER OF OFF-
STREET PARKING SPACES REQUIRED FOR MOTELS
AND HOTELS WITHIN SAID CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLWS:
SECTION 1. That the Planning Commission of the City
of Baldwin Park, pursuant to Section 9103.2 of tne Baldwin
Park Municipal Code has recommended that the off-street
parking requirements for motels and hotels in said City
should be established in accordance with the following
schedule:
a) Motels: One ten foot by twenty foot
vehicular off-street parking space for each unit/-
and
b) xioteis; One and a half-ten foot by
twenty foot vehicular off-street parking space
for eacM two guest rooms
SECTION 2, That the said recommendations of the
Planning Commission are hereby accepted by the City Council
and shall be in full force and effect on and after the
effective date of this resolution.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tion of this resolution and forward copies hereof to the
Secretary of the Planning Commission-
