A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK FIXING THE RATE OF
TAXES AND LEVYING TAXES FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR COMMENCING JULY I, 1965.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That for the purpose of raising sums of
money necessary to be secured by taxation upon the taxable property
located within the City of Baldwin Park, as revenue to carry on
the various departments of said City for the fiscal year commencing
July I, 1965, the following rate of taxes is hereby imposed upon all
taxable property in said City, at the rate of 45^ upon each $100.00
of assessed valuation of such property, as assessed and equalized in
the manner prescribed by law.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tion of this resolution and cause the same to be published or posted
in the manner prescribed by law.
