RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK CLARIFYING CERTAIN
AMBIGUITIES PURSUANT TO SECTION 9103.2
OF THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE,
\THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Planning Commission qf the City
of BaldwinNpark has heretofore recommended/ pursuant to sec-
tion 9103^ of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that Section
9120.4, relating to the revocation of variances and condition-
al use permit^ be clarified to permit an appeal from a decision
of the Planning Commission under said Section to the City
Council.
SECTION 2., That the recommendation of the Planning
commission, to peEmit an3 authorize an appeal from any decision
of the Planning Cohpission rendered pursuant to section 9120.4
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, relating to the revocation
of variances and conditional use permits, in the same manner
as is now set forth in said Baldwin Park Municipal Code in
connection with the granting of variances and conditional use
permits.
SECTION 3. That the city Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and forward copies hereof to the
Secretary of the Planning Commission.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DENYING AN
APPLICATION FOR A ZONE CHANGE Z-158).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the City Council does hereby find and
determine as follows:
a) That an application for a change from Zones
A-l, P ar^d C-2 to Zone R-3 was duly initiated on certain
real property, located at 13310 and 13312 Ramona
Boulevard, City of Baldwin Parks County of Los Angeles,
State of California, more particularly described as
followss
Lot 18 of Tract 8805, recorded in Book
at page of Official Records, except
the easterly 400 feet thereof; the westerly
21 feet of Lot 23; and all of Lot 24 of
said tract;
b) That duly noticed public hearings were
helft. by the Planning Commission and City Council on
said application;
c) That a written request by the property owner
has been received, requesting that the application
as made, be denied.
Section 2. That, pursuant to the owner's request,
che above-described zone change application is hereby
deniedy on the ground that there has been no showing that
the public interest and necessity require such change.
Section 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution and forward copies hereof to
the Secretary of the Planning Commission and to the
applicant.
