A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ESTABLISHING FEES
FOR THE USE OF THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL
AUDITORIUM.
THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
RESOLVE AS POLL 07 S
SECTION 1. That upon recommendation of the Chief
Administrative Officer of the City of Baldwin Park, the
schedule of charges for the Baldwin Park Municipal Auditorium
as is shown on that certain document attached hereto, marked
Exhibit A" and incorporated herein by this reference, is
hereby adopted and approved•
SECTION 2. That applicants for the use of the said
Baldwin Park Municipal Auditorium shall sign an agreement
covering the use of said facilities in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, and the Chief Administrative Officer
is hereby authorized to execute agreements on behalf of the
City of Baldwin Park, with individuals desiring to use the
said Municipal Auditorium, provided that said agreements
shall be in conformity with the terms and provisions of
this resolution and any other regulations concerning the use
thereof, now or hereafter established by order of the City
Council.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of tnis resolution and forward a copy hereof to
the Chief Administrative Officer of the City of Baldwin Park.

MUNICIPAL AUDITORIUM FEES
1» Use of the Auditorium for performances including
the use of curtains and stage lighting equipment.
Any six hour period between the hours of
10;00 A.M. and 12:00 Midnight $55.00
For each hour in excess of six hours l^-.OO

2. Use of the Auditorium for rehearsals which include
the use of all facilities
Any four hour period between the hours of
