A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DECLARING ITS IN-
TENTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF A FUTURE
STREET,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS s
SECTION 1. That the City council of the City
of Baldwin Park does hereby declare its intention to
vacate that certain public street easement, in the City
of Baldwin Park, County of LOS Angeles, State of Calif-
ornia, as shown on that certain map or plan on file in
the office of the City Clerk, designated as Drawing No»
V-63-1 to which reference is hereby made for further
particulars, said area proposed for vacation is des-
cribed as followss
The westerly 25 feet of the southerly
109^ feet of Lot 48 of Valley View Acres,
as shown on Map recorded in Book 12 at
Pages 88 and 87 of Maps on file in the
office of the Recorder of said County,
SECTION 2. That the City Council of the City
of Baldwin Park does hereby elect to proceed with the
proposed vacation in accordance with the provisions of
Section 8300 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State
of Californiao
SECTION 3. That the hour of 8s00 o'clock P.Mo
on the 16-bl-uay of October 1963 is hereby fixed as the
time, and the council chambers in the City Hall at 14403
East Pacific Avenue, Baldwin Park, California, are hereby
fixed as the place, for hearing all persons interested in
or objecting to the proposed vacation of said portion of
said street»
SECTION 4, That the City Engineer shall post
all notices as required by Section 8322 of said Streets
and Highways Code, pertaining to the said vacation proceed-
ings»
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify
to the adoption of this resolution and cause the same
to be posted in the manner prescribed by law.,
