A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPOINTING
PERSONNEL AUTHORIZED TO PREPARE AND
FILE ANNUAL STREET REPORT WITH THE
STATE CONTROLLER
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That the personnel authorized to prepare
and file each year with the State Controller, the Annual Street
Report required by Section 2151 of the Streets and Highways Code
of the State of California shall be as follows;
Vincent T, Young, City Engineer or
Clifford A. Nordby, Chief Administrative Officer
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
ADOPTED and APPROVED this 27thi day of September
965.
